Here's something for tempting the palette First you pound the fish flat with a malette Prepared in the classic technique Then you slash off their skin Give their belly a slice 'Cause it makes it taste nice Then you rub some salt in (Zoot Sacre bleu, what is this? How on earth could I miss Quel Domage (??) what a loss Now I stuff you with bread Such a sweet little succulent crab Here we go, in the sauce Don't worry, 'cause you're dead!
